Easy Homemade Dark Chocolate Recipe (Gut Friendly, Too!)

"Ingredients:

1 Cup coconut oil – melted
1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 Cup maple syrup

Directions:

Melt coconut oil in a pan on the stove or in a microwave safe dish (be sure to whisk out any clumps)
Pour coconut oil into a blender (or a bowl if using an electric hand mixer)
Add cocoa powder and maple syrup to the oil
Blend well (blender or hand mixer will work)
Pour into ice cube trays and place into freezer for at least 15 minutes
Remove from the freezer and “pop” the chocolate out of the tray – ENJOY!"
