Been reading up on Tim Berners-Lee's new project Solid (https://github.com/solid/solid). Concept looks very interesting, but the example applications right now are really terrible UX-wise.

Pretty astounding results for yesterday's #montreal municipal elections.

I'm not yet convinced that Projet Montréal people have the experience to govern such a large and complex city, but they definitely seem to have the heart in the right place. I expect the first year or two to be a little rough, but Valérie Plante seems solid enough to keep a tight enough ship.

I hope this wave of change is a precursor to next year's #quebec provincial elections...
